How Payments Work on BraveWorx
When a customer books your service, BraveWorx processes the payment securely through PayMongo. You don't need to create a PayMongo account or manage API keys — we handle all of that for you.
Step 1: Set Up Your Bank Payout Details
Go to your Business Portal → Settings → Payment Settings and enter your bank account details (bank name, account number, and account name). This is where your earnings will be deposited.
Step 2: Start Accepting Bookings
Once your payout details are saved, you're ready to accept paid bookings. Customers can pay via GCash, Maya, credit/debit cards, or choose to pay on-site.
How Payouts Work
After a booking is completed, BraveWorx deducts the platform commission (based on your plan tier) and deposits the remaining amount to your bank account. Payouts are processed weekly, and you can track all transactions in your Finance dashboard.
Supported Payment Methods
Your customers can pay using: GCash (most popular in the Philippines), Maya (formerly PayMaya), Visa/Mastercard credit and debit cards, and bank transfers. On-site cash payments are also supported for walk-in bookings.
